1. It appeared to me that two entirely different OCs were calling plays for Brock and Boley. Like completely different thought processes involved. Personally, I thought the plays called for Boley >>> plays called for Brock. A lot of quick routes, short drops, middle of the field and flats. Brock, with an injured shoulder is throwing bombs. I mean, WTF?
2. When Brock was playing, why weren't we running plays that we think will work against TX and UofL? Does anyone believe that we'll have enough time for long bombs against those two teams? Boley's plays, to me, looked a lot more likely to be used than Brock's. Does our staff have any clue how to manage a season? Murray had no chance of winning. Why not practice plays we'll need to run the next two weeks: quick outs, screens, short crosses, etc. Throwing bombs is 1) disrespectful to Murray who was so overmatched, 2) unnecessary, and 3) did not prepare us at all for the last two games. Our staff strikes me as having very low football IQ.
