Pitch clock - rule change?

I know the SEC experimented with the pitch clock a few years ago, but this is not a conference game. Is this now an NCAA rule starting this year?

I think they can choose to use it at home. It's not in every game I don't believe.

It is an SEC rule and I also think it’s a rule in the tournament but can’t be sure.

Well, that's my point. If the pitch clock is an SEC rule and not an NCAA rule, how can it apply in a non-conference game?

I think the home park rules would apply.
