Beats unranked Auburn and shoots up 8 spots in both polls. Blows my mind the knee jerk reactions from the pollsters.

Seems like I’ve seen multiple games this season where a home team was ranked higher than the visiting team in the polls but getting points on the spread (usually an SEC team was the visitor). Vegas makes these pollsters look like the morons they are.
I don’t totally blame them. They didn’t just beat them they outclassed them at Auburn. And looked more athletic than an sec team.
I don't know. Don't see anyone ranked behind them that doesn't deserve not to. It's just the third week of the season. Polls should jump around with as few games on the resume.
Beating a middling’ SEC team on the road is a big deal.

The Penn St. (free) football board had been full of complaints about HCJF after losses last season. They thought he was underachieving. They expect to win @ least 10+ games/year. I will see how many Lions complain there after a loss(es) unless they give UMich & Ohio St. great effort in losses. I'll be watching & might share what I see over there with you if the complaints are numerous.
