Packers vs Seahawks

Damnit, Seahawks aren't giving me a good reason to sit on my butt watching football.

There you go.

Why wasn't the personal foul enforced on that last drive? It should have been enforced if it was a dead ball penalty. If it wasn't a dead ball penalty than it was a legal block by the lineman. To me it's no different than hitting the ball carrier out of bounds or when he's already down.

Russell Wilson has played 82 straight games where his team has had a lead? That's really impressive.

That was former wildcat chris matthews with the onside recovery.I was not aware he was in the nfl, let alone on the Seahawks.

He won't be fired, but his conservative play calling has allowed Seattle to take the lead late.

Wow! What a turn around for Seattle! The two point conversion was amazing. Green Bay has time to score, though....COBB!

I thought the Packers were in trouble when they went to the ground on that last interception leading 19-7. There was still over 5 minutes left & the guy gave up maybe an additional 15 yards by going down almost as soon as he caught it. Bad decision there.

I had the same thought, looks like they missed one to me. I think they made the LONG first down by ten yards, it probably made the difference.

I agree with Spica Orbit also, when he went down I thought what the hell is he doing?

Masthay the critical hold for the all important tying field goal. Can you imagine the pressure on both the kicker and him?

That was the most Kentucky Loss I've ever seen an NFL team suffer.

Pretty appropriate thought.

But three Kentucky players had big plays in it, just wish Cobb's team had won. Anyone know if Matthews gets any snaps for Seattle?

Seattle won't play this terrible again...I feel sorry for whoever they play in the Super Bowl. Like last season, the NFC Title game was the real Super Bowl IMO.

He actually only got there 5 games ago and was never even targeted on a pass per ESPN stats. He was on their practice squad this year for them and was signed to the big squad on December 6. Was CFL rookie of the year 2 years ago and missed most of last year hurt. This was only his 5th NFL game.

Man, I hate Seattle. Wilson seems like a good guy but not the rest of them. Now we gotta listen to that loudmouth Sherman for two weeks.

So weird he's considered a rookie. His last game was for kentucky was so long ago, it was a bowl game under joker Phillips.

But congrats to him.hope he gets some passes thrown his way. At least he won't ever have to buy a beer in Seattle for the rest of his life.

Pretty much what I think as well.

Good job Seattle, maybe the State Farm commercials will finally end! See ya Cheeseheads, you didn't get the ball call your way this week.

I'm a Seattle fan, so, ya know.. Super Bowl party at my house.
laugh.r191677.gif

And a lot of people may dislike Seattle over Richard Sherman being a big talker, but the dude has game. All the same though, Marshawn Lynch barely talks at all, and some people dislike him over that. There's always something lol.

The "catch" Matthews made could be the biggest one he will ever make, the difference in the game. I wish he hadn't knocked Cobb out, but he should be able to live off that one for some time.

Back atcha!! GO HAWKS!

If they awarded a Trophy for screaming at sideline reporters in post game interviews the Seahawks would win it going away.

Its amazing Carroll is not more scrutinized considering he jumped ship as soon as he saw major sanctions coming down.

I cannot believe I'll actually be cheering for the Patriots. They haven't won a Super Bowl in ten years.

Seahawks while good, also continue to be the luckiest team in the NFL. The 2nd half of the season, they got the benefit of playing all sub 500 teams except Arizona which had already lost Palmer and had to play the 2nd string QB at Seattle and the 3rd string QB at Arizona. Got the benefit of playing the worst team in the panthers the first round and Green Bay folded today after owning their ass for 55 plus minutes.

new England should beat Seattle soundly however something will happen to Brady between now and the Super Bowl that will make the game easier for the hawks.

This coming from a Arizona fan.....? Talk about luck.

Lucky to win the games they did. Even with a 2nd and 3rd QB in there. One thing you don't do when playing an awesome D team is make mistakes and that's what happened to GB. And they couldn't capitalize on Seattle's mistakes. Momentum change in the 4th Q. BIGTIME! Playing Carolina was because they were the #1 seed in the NFC.

That's what happens when you play not to lose. I don't know who was calling the plays on the 3-out run-fest series, but if it was Rogers he lost the game.

I'm with ya dude. Can't stand that loudmouth. No way I want them to win.

I realize why they got to play Carolina however very rare for a team to make the playoffs with a losing record, yet the lucky ass Seahawks are there to take advantage.

explain to me how being 9-1 was luck on Arizona's part while beating the teams they did to get to 9-1, yet Seattle is all of a sudden the best team in football again. Arizona beat Seattle at Seattle last year with a healthy Carson Palmer and owned the division this year even while being decimated with injuries all season long. Injuries finally caught up to them when they were forced to play Ryan Lindley at QB. Seattle was gifted their trip to the Super Bowl by bad luck to Arizona and piss poor game management by Green Bay today.

I really hate Green Bay playing that try not to lose prevent D.
Also last 7 minutes they just ran the ball 3 times then punted.
With Sherman hurt why not throw a bubble screen toward him and make him try to tackle?
