Ozark The end

I felt despite having some longer episodes in the last 7 episodes, including the finale, the ending was rushed and incomplete. I suppose no show can ever have a complete bubble wrapped/wrapped up tight/perfect ending, but this one felt more like a setup for the final season 5.

I feel like there was so much more they could have done with the Cartel as the sister was pretty scary, as well as the Byrd family covering up that last murder at the end. I know shows and stories cannot go on forever, but there feels like there is more to work with to have a better ending. It would have been nice to see the fallout from the one character's death as well and how it impacted the dynamics of everyone going forward.

Also, the car crash...was very anti-climatic in reality and as with most things on these shows, probably very unrealistic of what the actual outcome would have been with a crash of that many rollovers at that speed. I also though that once Darlene moved on, and the other interesting villain disappeared, we lost a lot of the fear factor for our main protagonists, other than Navarro's sister. I digress, I enjoyed this show a lot, but I thought overall season 4B fell short of what we expected.

This was the final season. There is no season 5. I totally agree about the car crash! Unrealistic! I loved everything about this season except for the final 10 minutes. Made zero sense And kinda ruined it for me.

Oh I know it is the last season, I just wish it was not due to the 10 minutes you mentioned. I feel like they could have went another 8-10 episodes easily, but all things must come to an end.

The actress who plays Ruth is the worst actress in the history of TV. She was terrible in her role on The Americans. She was even worse in Ozark. And laughably worse in her newest role as Anna on the pathetic Netflix show ‘Anna’. She’s also the ugliest female actress I’ve ever seen.

The worst take in the history of takes.

I tend to agree. She was great in OZARK and I cannot remember her from the Americans, and have not seen Anna, but my wife has and said you can hardly tell it is the same person by how the character differs from the redneck Ruth role. That shows a great acting range.

I will also say if Madison thinks she is the ugliest actress he has seen...well we can just agree to disagree. She isn't a super model, but she isn't ugly.

Believe me, Anna is beyond laughable. Her character has a supposed German accent, which she is terrible at — and half the time she completely forgets the accent and reverts back to her normal voice. Its like Ruth attempting NYC chic. It’s possibly the worst attempt at acting I’ve ever seen. Even worse than her work in The Americans and Ozark. Which is why Anna quickly disappeared from the trending shows list on Netflix. And I have seen uglier actresses, but only those that everyone agreed were ugly.

I'd bang Ruth. Having said that, I'd bang Wendy, and might bang Darlene after a few beers.

Inventing Anna had extremely high viewership, and was still the #1 streaming show well over a month after it was released. You're just making stuff up.

I just looked at our Netflix and it’s not listed in any of the Top 10, or trending, categories. I mean I can take a pic if you like lol. How about just watch the show yourself and tell me how terrible it is. All of the top ten offerings are going to have high ratings initially. That has nothing to do with what viewers’ opinion of the show is after watching it. I haven’t seen one good review of it. What did you think of it? How about that accent that comes and goes? LOL that’s some high quality acting.

You realize it's been out for almost 3 months, right?

I love her as Ruth. That IA accent sounds bad, but the real Anna's accent is bizarre and doesn't sound real either. A Russian faking a German accent with a little valley girl or meth or something thrown in.

Yeah, no show/movie stays in the top 10 for months at a time on Netflix.

I will take Madison's word for it and I have 0 desire to watch it myself.

And yes, if single I would let Ruth do bad things to me and I would not need a bag over her head to do it as Madison would lol

Ending sucked. Could’ve ended the same except had Wendy die and I would’ve been happy. Now I’ve just got a shi**y ending and a breathing Wendy.
How do you know for sure the final gun blast wasn't fired at Wendy? He pretty much was fed up with her.

I believe the PI went down but it left a little to our imaginations which I really like.

The car crash was symbolic of the Byrd's survival against crazy odds. Evil continues on and good doesn't always prevail; maybe not much of the time. The family continues with the children becoming mini Marty and Wendy.

That is a good way to look at it. Ruth even made the comment to Wendy's dad that what happens when Charlotte becomes a little Wendy & Jonah a little Marty. You can already see some of Marty in Jonah and I definitely think Jonah has a few screws lose like Ben had (just IMO).

Nevermind, there’s a part 2? Or what’s going on…BRB. Damn I spoiled myself googling that sh*t.
