What SEC road venue/experience do y'all enjoy the most? FYI, I'm not fishing for you to say Athens/Stegeman (I doubt that would be the case anyway), but I was just curious. Which one and why?

Fayetteville.
There's nothing like beating Arkansas in their building. Their fans come around talking nonsense to no end like they're on UK's level leading up to a game, then after the 20 or so point pig slaughter they disappear until the next game. That they have to watch it happen at their place brings me great joy.

Actually, I went to UGA a couple of years ago for the first time and had a great experience as the fans were so cordial and treated us so nice, even after we won the game. UF was OK but I went there last year when we played so poorly and got blown out so can't say that was a very good experience. I've also been to LSU, MSU. OM, Auburn and Bama. So, from those experiences I put them in this order: Auburn (cuz Charles Barkley was there that night and spoke and their arena was new and pretty cool), Bama cuz their fans were amazed at our fanbase following, Georgia (reasons already stated), OM (nice people and cool little town), MSU (not much to remember from that place really), LSU (cuz we had an ice storm while there and had to spend another night cuz roads were shut down), and UF (just a horrible game).

I like GA's stadium but a Saturday night game at LSU is pretty hard to beat especially if you win.

Only away game I've been to, in person, was @ Vandy, and that arena is just as goofy as you'd imagine.

Games at Arky and LSU are always fun to watch. Arky bc they do truly have a passionate fanbase and LSU bc I just like their arena and at times it comes off as super rowdy (for UK games).

Oxford is a great college town and Ole Miss fans are welcoming.

Haven't been to their new place but I never understood people bitching about the Tad Pad. Tickets were cheap, and usually ole miss fans would clear out if the game got ugly. I went with my mother in 2003, and there were only UK fans for the final ten minutes. We had seats near the top row (which weren't that far away because it was a small building), and we moved down and sat on the front row because we could.

Athens is great because just about every single seat in the house is pretty good.

The people in Georgia are tough to beat. Not just Athens but all the places there I've been to, the folks in Georgia are pleasant folks all the way around. Athens, Augusta, Atlanta, Waycross.... never had a bad experience in any of the places I've visited there. That goes a long way toward having a pleasant sporting event experience. I know you're probably asking because you'd like to visit an away venue so for that reason I'd have to say either Fayetteville in the west or Gainesville in the east. Colombia isn't bad either. But being rivals with UF I'd say you'd have a great experience in Gainesville.

I was going to guess Ark, UF, Vandy, and UT when those teams are good.

I've never been but seems like a large troupe of UK fans go to USC every year for the basketball game. Surprised USC hasn't been mentioned.

Agree with concensus above. #1 is Athens because fans are so cordial, followed by Oxford and Auburn. LSU is the most phenomenal experoence. Fans at Miss St, Florida, USC, and Arkansas are a-holes. Vandy is boring. UT is blah. Never been to Alabama, Missouri or A&M.

Edit: I was thinking football. Sorry.

I went to the game at TAMU this past year and thought their fans were pretty nice. I live in San Antonio so it wasn't a far drive. I kept getting asked "Did you drive all the way down from KY???", as though they were amazed a fan would travel so far. It was a 'white out' game, but the arena was half empty haha.
