So true. All you need for proof is the number 4(37 also works). As in, with the conclusion of the 2023 regular season, the Cleveland Browns are making their 4th playoff appearance since 1989. The Browns were mostly a brutal organization to play for before, during, and since Tim Couch.
Being a Cleveland Browns QB since 1989 has been mostly a death sentence for QB careers. 37 different QBs have started a game for the Browns since 1999.
