OT The Vikings have sole possession of 1st place in the NFC North

Do you guys want to keep knocking Captain Kirk or are you willing to now admit with an Elite, Offensive Minded HC in O’Donnell that Kirk is now an elite QB in the NFL?

Cousins was 17 of 17 out of the gate today v the Chicago Bears which set the Vikings all time record. Francis Tarkenton never went 17 for 17 to start a Vikings game nor did any previous Vikings QB before Cousins today.

Cousins 1,327 passing yds thru just 5 games is good for 8th in NFL.

The scary thing is the Vikings not only have a new HC but they also have a new OC.

It will take a little more time for all these guys to get down the new offense and when they do, they are not just going to win but they are going to start humiliating people.

Yep, me too. Growing up in Ky (Bengals territory) my Mom attended Valley High in Valley Station Ky., their mascot? Yep, the Vikings. Plus, she bought me a Minnesota Vikings letterman jacket around 1975 (I was 9 yrs old) and I have been a fan ever seen.
In regards to winning close NFL games? Thats totally fine; just win baby!

Not ignoring anything. Packers are a good team but wouldn’t call them a really good team at this stage as they just lost to the giants yesterday. You are conveniently ignoring losing by 17 at Philly? This time last year my cards were 5-0 on the way to 7-0 and eventually a 9-1 record only to implode and now have lost 8 straight home games. As i stated, it’s early. Way too early to be crowing about going to the super bowl.

I can't get over what I saw vs the Eagles. Just lame duck throws, a few int's in the red zone. At least prior to the Bears game, Kirk was setting an all-time career low in completion %. He's not been able to consistently support J Jefferson. And D Cook finally had a game. Bears cured a lot of ills, but I ain't sold on this Vikings team.
