OT: The reds threw a no hitter today

No Reds fan including myself is surprised lol At least Greene had a great outing and hopefully a little more confidence gained from the kid. This team is so hard to watch though
That's the silver lining in this one, consecutive starts of improvement for Hunter. Bad time for the offense to cool off again. Especially with Interleague play, the Blue Jays sluggers this weekend.

Made history as the 5th team in MLB history to pull this off. 💩

I hexed em turned on in the bottom of eighth Pirates scored that inning!! Uugh

keeping with the theme, grant willliams has attempted 16 three pointers with a full quarter to go in the ecf.
Yeah a pf with that many attempts is odd. Then again he hit half of them so let it fly. Bucks missed Middleton and was just not able to overcome his loss. Celtics And Heat will be good but doubt I actually watch it.

That’s a lot of attempts for any position but in todays game I guess it’s not all that shocking . That was Milwaukees game plan to leave him wide open . They probably should have adjusted that at some point .

Didn’t help that they couldn’t throw it in the oceans themselves lol

Doesn't make sense. So a no-hitter doesn't count if the home team doesn't bat in the ninth? I get that it's unofficial because it was done with a combo if pitchers, however are they saying No-hitters can only be official if it's a home game win in 9 innings? You can't have an official no-hitter on the road?

You can, but usually the team with no hits will lose the game, thus WOULD bat in the bottom 9th. In this game, the team with no hits (home team) actually won the game and did not bat in the bottom of the 9th.
