Apparently it’s already foretold he is going to Oklahomado we have a shot at getting him? He was a starter until he was injured during our game.
Yeah. Napier looked like a hot mess in year one. Why Florida hitched to him and bypass guys like Stoops and other lesser level proven commodities….goofy thought processThat’s the next major volcano on the football landscape
Great DC and recruiter
Horrible HC
Think the poster could be referencing Venables at Oklahoma but you could be right about Napier.Yeah. Napier looked like a hot mess in year one. Why Florida hitched to him and bypass guys like Stoops and other lesser level proven commodities….goofy thought process
2 for 2….Think the poster could be referencing Venables at Oklahoma but you could be right about Napier.
Yeah. Venables in year one looked poor as well. But I could argue he was a commodity at Clemson and legit to give him a shot. But for a school like Oklahoma…I’d imagine a proven head coach is more apt. Maybe a school like Uk takes that riskThink the poster could be referencing Venables at Oklahoma but you could be right about Napier.
Yeah, that was a surprise move to me made by Oklahoma hiring Venables at the time. Venables strikes me as a career assistant and that's OK. See Eddie Gran and Norm Chow and John Chavis. I doubt Oklahoma, with so much money at stake with their move to the SEC, makes that mistake again.Yeah. Venables in year one looked poor as well. Wasn't Venables a long time DC there b4 Clemson? I think that played a big role in it. They wanted someone committed to them, not another RileyYeah, that was a surprise move to me made by Oklahoma hiring Venables at the time. Venables strikes me as a career assistant and that's OK. 13 years at Oklahoma followed by 10 years at Clemson so Venables was known as a guy to hang around awhile. I imagine Riley's next stop will be the NFL but he better learn to put a value on defense.Wasn't Venables a long time DC there b4 Clemson? I think that played a big role in it. They convinced themselves he is the guy to raise recruiting and surpass Georgia & Bama in talent.Yeah. Napier looked like a hot mess in year one. Why Florida hitched to him and bypass guys like Stoops and other lesser level proven commodities….goofy thought process
That’s two starting line leaving when they had eligible to come back. Ar15 gone to NFL when he’s not projected very high Mertz does look like a kid who will be any better than Ar15They convinced themselves he is the guy to raise recruiting and surpass Georgia & Bama in talent.
Another starting Gator O linemen departing. Florida probably will be a worst team in 2023, depending on Mertz behind a depleted line.
I wish you could talk to my Florida Gator neighbor who is a "booster". The Gators are getting restless and it is going to take a complete turn around to gain their support for Napier. They convinced themselves he is the guy to raise recruiting and surpass Georgia & Bama in talent.

Re Chumlee, if not for an enormous amount of good fortune as well as a dazzling amount of flag work done by SEC stripes, TN could be sitting here with 5 losses and preparing/playing in an also-ran bowl. We'll see how this plays out the second/third time around.Don’t wish the guy failure at OK, but if they have to make a change I’d love them to pluck TN’s coach away.
