Imagine how pissed off the donors would be if BYU actually tried to enforce those rules for NIL recipients. “So I paid a kid millions and you’re not gonna let him play because of WHAT?!!”

I recall in 2011 they kicked their star PF off the team right before the NCAA tournament because they found out he had sex with his girlfriend. Did so despite the fact that they were having one of their best seasons ever and would’ve had a nice shot at a run with him. So they certainly did enforce them in the past.
But no way in hell would they with these NIL mercenaries today.
That might have been true in the past but zero chance they do nowadays.. You can't give a kid 2-3 million then say,, hey no drinking or screwing allowed while you're here..
Boosters worth upwards of $10 BIL. And a Utah Jazz owner who basically bought and paid for AJ Dybantsa.
We don't have to beat BYU, in spending.. but we also can't lag far behind. UK has to make sure it can stay somewhere in the 25 to 35 range.. but honestly I'd prefer it if we can stay in the top10.

Can we turn them in before the tournament starts or make something up and have them sit out while under investigation
Kinda mid and probably a notch below their team last year with Pope as HC. Only 2 Quad 1 wins this year and a much more expensive staff and roster doing so. We'll see how they are next year with AJ Dybantsa.
And for anyone who watches BYU this year, make a point to look at their bench. It's absurd how many people they have. More than an NBA staff with 2 tiered rows of people.
