Listed as a DE and is 6-6. Problem is he's under 200lbs. Unless he can gain 30lbs and play Jack I can see why UK passed on him.

Jacob Dixon...6'5 200 lbs...nearly same size as this kid but he's a DE/rush Lber prospect.

How hard did we recruit him ?

Fisher has a chance to be a good football player, but he will need a couple years of development. Exactly the same can be said for Malachi Wood. But Wood is an Otackle, a premium position. Kentucky is already developing Tyreese Fearbry and Keaton Wade at Olinebacker, with Grant Godfrey committed to this class. The problem is that 2023 scholarships are getting very scarce. Not many left, and the coaches have to use them carefully. In a different year, Fisher might have been a take. Not now.
