OP, your best bet is to take my approach, just count the days/seasons before Calipari's buyout is at the point where it can be reasonably bought out. Or, the time when he abandons the sinking ship like the rat he is.

No one with any input into that decision has even hinted at firing Cal. And, if they did want to fire Cal the buyout is a speed bump. It would be taken care of in 5 minutes.

And if UK were dumb enough to fire Cal there would an open bidding war for Cal's services like we have never seen in college basketball. Schools would fire their coach now to get a chance to hire Cal.

He's taken every school he's coached to a FF. You glorify the non coaching POS Tubby that's never taken any school to a FF in his career. He has one on his resume that he was gifted. In fact, every school Tubby has coached was in worse shape when he left than when he got there.

Over achieved? We were preseason top 5. A 2 seed? We lost to a 15. The year before that won 9 games. Tubby never crapped the bed like cal has the last 3. But the decline began before that. Our idiot in chief barney rewarded cal for mediocrity after cal held him hostage with the ucla job. The respect for cal is declining. Did you hear his name associated with any job other than Texas? Who after this last disaster wouldn’t touch him for what he would demand hell at all.

And then look at this team we have. A bunch of children, no one as a leader who knows the program plus whatever portal scraps cal can muster. You defend this garbage?
