Earier in week UK dropped to 21 and said 13 3* were being counted. The math said 19 counted w/ 1-5, 4-3 & 13-3: this means 2-2*'s where counted to our 20. Now it says 14-3's.
My question, did someone get bumped up to a 3? And we're also back to 20 in ranks.
