I really do have a pre season "feeling" about this year. Much like I had in 2012 and 2015 where everything just seemed like it was going to be special.

If we are going to win back to back titles while Cal is here I think this year and next (if recruiting goes how it looks it will and we get couple guys back that we think we will) is the best chance for that to happen. Very similar to 2014/2015.

Still turns my stomach that we didn't get 1 out of those 2 years

Play as a team, not individuals gunning for the NBA, and listen to the coaches on how to execute a consistent, 100%-effort, hard-nosed defense. All other things will fall into place, but to me, these two things are KEY.

Gotta wonder who will step up and really lead this team. Does it come from one of the returners like Diallo/Gabriel/SKJ? Or does it go to a pitbull like PG in Green? Will be interesting to see who takes the reigns and starts something like the Breakfast Club like MKG did with that natty title team.

I'm really looking forward to watching this team. Vanderbilt, Green and Washington just strike me as exceptional college players. Throw in Diallo and Knox for star power and look out.

Diallo and Knox may be the 2 best athletes in the country. Not to mention all the other 6-8 to to 6-10 guys that we have.
