I asked this question back in January and still haven't had any luck. I'm trying to find a new place to park for the season and possibly by a year long pass. I would prefer somewhere close to commonwealth ( have 2 young kids carrying/walking them for 10 blocks won't work). We had a parking pass to the church next to commonwealth on nicholasville rd. Unfortunately UK bought that entire lot for media parking. Add that to the fact I got my seats bumped up from 2 rows off the field to the corner 15 rows up thanks to seat relocation.......I'm currently reeling from the butt hurt of UK pissing on those who can't donate thousands of dollars every year. Now that my rant is over, I'm looking for suggestions as to where I could park close to UK for the year that isn't tol long a walk from the stadium. TIA for any and every suggestion

I've parked in the Green lot for over 20 years and for 12:00 or 1:00 PM games we would usually get in our lot by 8 or 8:30 and had to pass by the parking on Cooper Drive and although the Green lot was not even half full the spaces on Cooper were nearly full already. Likewise for a 7:00 or 7:30 PM night game we would be in our lot by 1:00 or no latter than 2 and the spaces near the KET were already full or nearly full, So you definitely have to leave early in order to secure one of those spaces.

Couple of suggestions: 1. Rosemont Garden or Penmoken isn't too bad a walk - you can cut through the hospital and the Shawneetown apartments. 2. I parked on Bellefonte Rd.(behind the water tower)for years. Depends on how old your kids are and where your seats are, I suppose.

Thx I'll look in Google maps and check the distance, the kids are pretty young.....Either they're carried or it would take is until halftime to walk there as small as they are lol. Thanks

Come in on Tates Creek and come down Cooper and park on one of the residential side streets. Montclair, Scoville Rod, Kastle, etc. Montclair is actually right off of Tates Creek Road, and you come out right behind the K-Club and the Cancer Society bldgs. and walk straight over to the Green lot. Not a bad walk at all, especially if you get there early.
