No new AP/Coaches poll this week?

Thought there would be a new poll, but I’m guessing not. Where do you think we’d be ranked? Didn’t get a ton of help in other bowls. Obviously we jump Iowa. Maybe Oregon falls enough for us to pass? Poor NC State, but maybe we pass them. BYU? I’m thinking maybe 17-18. Thoughts?

15-20. I think they put out one final poll when all the games are done.

Not sure. But I do know come Sept we will likely be picked one spot above Vandy in the SEC East'.

Just the AP and Coaches put one out, but not until the day after the championship game. There is no more CFP poll. Once they do the rankings for bowl match-ups, they are done. We were 25 in the AP and 20 in the coaches.

In the AP, we should jump UTSA, Texas A&M, Iowa, maybe NC State and Oregon to get us into the top 20.

In the Coaches, we should jump NC State, Iowa and Oregon to finish 17.

They usually don't update the rankings until after all of the bowls/playoffs are over.

With that said, I would expect a decent jump in the AP and a moderate jump in the coaches poll. It just depends on how much weight the voters give the bowl results. I don't think anyone below us should jump us. We should be able to jump UTSA, Iowa, Oregon, BYU, Pittsburgh.

I don't know what the voters will do with NC State and Texas A&M since they didn't play, and I think they should move us above Louisiana.

If we jump all those teams (best case scenario), then that would put us at #18 in both polls. Which still seems too low for a 10-3 SEC team.

17 would be about right.
