The statement really doesn't give much context. Perhaps they mean the most attention from NBA scouts or draft prognosticators. That would be Skal. Maybe they are suggesting that he is not the leader of the team. That would be Ulis.

It could also mean any number of other things. It's hard to understand exactly what type of "attention" to which they are referring.
