I'm curious if UL is forced to pay some kind of penalty for not playing games at the Yum Center? Would be even rougher on UL with them having to pay back NCAA Tournament money and possibly some kind of settlements with Jurich and Pitino. They will plummet from the so called school with the most revenue.

It's ridiculous Uofl was even allowed that much power and was calling the shots. Utterly ridiculous.

Raid the UofL Foundation coffers and use the funds toward paying off the Yum. Not sure if the State has that kind of power over a public school but, at the very least funding to U6 should be withheld until a new, more equitable contract can be drafted.
