My guess is that much of Cohen's staff stays intact if Cohen is still over the baseball head coach. If Cohen hired them, then he must think that they are the best assistants out there. Would the new coach basically tell his boss that he doesn't believe the assistants that his boss previously hired are the best that the new coach can get?
On the other hand, if Cohen wants to give Cannizaro full control with new assistants, then I would imagine administrative positions will be provided within the athletic department that Henderson can either take or leave.

I would say he stays as PC for at least this coming season, after that it depends on how the season goes, whether he remains after that.
