Zero issues. NCAAUCoach used to post here all the time. Big UNC homer. This was during the Tubby Smith/BCG era when we were terrible. Guy lived on this board. After Cal came, he stopped coming here to post. Imagine that. My post was tongue in cheek.

Last I remember of him was the day we lost a Chapel Hill in December 2010.

Cannot recall if he came around after the regional final that same year.

As I remember he talked about basketball and make no attempt to portray himself as other than a Carolina fan. Good poster as is Grumpy and several others these days.

He was a homer, yes. He was a reasonable homer for the most part though. His arguments were mostly backed with facts not feelings or emotions. But, like most rivals who visit trying to stay objective, got baited and chased out.

Before that, he was very kind from his perch.

I had a lot of respect for him until the John Wall thread. He posted that Wall had gone to a small school and that made it a diploma mill. I asked him for proof and he never responded. Later, when I found out that Ed Cota had attended a diploma mill to get his grades up to qualify for college, he had no response.

When someone bashes our players, especially an outsider, it gets my dander up. RevHeels bashed Cal and continually said that wrongdoing could NOT happen at UNC because he was involved in putting safeguards in place. When the scandal broke, he called me a liar. When presented with facts, he ran and never came back. Thus, I have little respect for UNC posters. They can't handle the truth.

You forgot pompous and elitist. Those were actually 2 of his more obvious qualities. The UNC scandal was a veritable kitchen light in the niddle of the night that sent the majority of UNC hacks running like the roaches they are.
