In today’s landscape, why would any of the universities need the NCAA anymore??? Carolina was caught having players not attend class for 20 years with no penalty. The courts have said the NCAA can’t restrict NIL in any way whatsoever. They can’t enforce any monetary penalties. What function would they serve then?? Handing out penalties from when you couldn’t pay players. I for one would be ecstatic to watch it dissolve. I hope it goes defunct and Emmett and all his conspirators loose their pensions for what they have allowed the college game to become. I’m trying to enjoy these next 3-4 years because I believe it will die like baseball with the greed just turning people in other directions.
