The judge just rendered his opinion yesterday or today. They were waiting on that.

I think the punishment is too severe based on the sport. Were it the NFL I would agree with it but not NASCAR. There's not a camper at a NASCAR event that hasn't had some Maybelline makeup smeared on it at one time or another. It's just "trading paint", as the fans call it.

Not a good week to have the last name of Busch and racing in Nascar. $400 million is being spent to make changes to Daytona Raceway and not one penny, at this point, will go to make the inside walls safer.
Edit: Tire packs will be put along the wall for todays race. Kyle Busch will be out 5 to 6 months according to reports.
