Williams has the ball way to much not sure why pope thinks it is good idea to have a center catch the ball turn his back and pound ball

Not a lot of other options. Garrison hasn't been very good, either. And Carr apparently has the back of a 50 year-old.

He will play and needs to realize he 7’0 260. He plays like he is 5’9 140.
If he hasn’t learned that yet it sounds like a coaching problem. None have held him accountable and all are y neither has Pope. That bothers me. He should find some motivation on the bench.

who we gonna play garrison? neither had a particular great game, but williams was a lot better in the second half.

They said tonight Williams was +23 at one point late in the game not sure what he finished but that is incredible.

He makes me nervous when he has the ball at top of the key I won't lie

As he leads the team in plus minus, I'll take that risk.

I mean yea dude put egg on my face tonight, good for him, will you all bump this when he has another -20 game or no?
Guys have bad games, it happens.

Looks like you made this thread after the Vandy game. Since you mentioned +/-, who do you think lead the team in that stat against Vandy? I'll give you one guess...

We just beat them snitches at the Wet Market Center.
He drives me crazy too, but they ALL do stupid stuff that frustrates me to no end, like lazy careless passes and not hitting the floor for loose balls. But this is the team we have. I hope you don't pull against him just so you can say "See, I TOLD you".

Williams was a strength last night. The ship would sink without him. Really going to just play Garrison in the post and go small with Almonor while Carr is dealing with a back injury?

Williams has been a monster the last two games. Need him to block some shots on the defensive end, though. He averages 1.4 blocks on the year and only 1.0 in conference.

I know a lot of other teams have big men that pull him away from the basket, but I've seen less than 100% effort on defense down low.
