I'll never understand long sleeves on a basketball court though. Ever. Anyone with insight as to why this is desirable to an athlete?
EDIT: May be a subtle way for him to say "I'm cold."
I tried out long sleeves once just getting up some shots. All the extra heat and sweating wore my ass out.I'll never understand long sleeves on a basketball court though. Ever. Anyone with insight as to why this is desirable to an athlete?

Yeah, i'm starting to believe in the hype. Top-10 seems very likely at this stage.
Top-5 is likely pushing it since he's not a PG atm & doesn't have any standout athletic attributes.
He's about to be our best shot creator since B.Knight.
One great plus with Murray is that he is deadly from 3 point and was 4/7 today and had 20 points. He was 2/8 inside the 3-point and could have easily scored 30 points today if a few of his 2-point shots went down today. Murray will for sure move up the 2016 NBA Mock Draft Board and could eventually be behind Skai at #2 with Skai at #1. That would be another 1-2 NBA Draft for Coach Cal in 2016.That's redundant for starters. And you are aware it is Skal with an L right
by March Tourney Time will be as good as last years 38-1 Final Four team.
I agree. I'm expecting a Final Four contender. Not saying I think they'll get there, but right now they look like they have the necessary pieces to make a real push. I think the key will obviously be Skal's development. If he makes the improvement over the season that Noel, Towns, Cousins, and Davis made (within his particular skillset) I think UK will be right in the thick of the action come April.
And you know what? Considering we lost 7 to the NBA, that's pretty exciting, isn't it? A 5th Final Four in six years is the type of thing that will have exceeded the most rabid UK fans' expectations when Cal first came here.
Highly doubtful that Matthews leaves this year, much less get drafted before Poythress.Gone. Skal, Murray, Brisco, Ulis, Matthews, Poythress, Lee. In that order.
but who knows with this class.Highly doubtful that Matthews leaves this year, much less get drafted before Poythress.

I've stated several times before he committed that if he comes out and attends this yr of college foregoing his senior yr of college then he would be a top 10 pick and possibley top 5.
Reasoning the 2016 draft is because the 2016 HS class is loaded with potential great players and it would push Murray out of the top 10. He would prob be better in the long run than many drafted ahead of him but his athleticism err lack their of is the biggest thing holding his stock back.
He's an amazing player
The more comfortable he gets the better he's going to get for team Canada.
Watched him many times in person and he just keeps getting better, more comfortable he got with his teammates the more he looked like a top 5 player.
I generally stay away from comps but he reminds me of pre-injury Derek Anderson with a quicker release.
(I'm tooting)

.
After Skal, Jaylen, Simmons, and Ingram, there's not very much talent in the 2016 draft. Murray has a real shot at going top 5 if he continues to develop. Do I expect him to go that high? No, but he's as talented as any of the other candidates for the 5th spot (Dunn, Newman, Bender, etc.).

Murray might go number 1 in the draft next season.
I'm not sure Murray being a lottery pick is news.
I am going against Cal here and current trend at UK...I am TEN times more interested in if he can lead UK to a NC than him being a lottery pick...A lot of potential to be a top 5 pick.
