Most Important Game Of The Year?

After the all systems failure at Georgia and Stoops throwing out the "pony up" comment, do you think this is the most important game left? It's winnable and a good showing will keep the fans hopes alive. Another loss after the Georgia game and with a bye week coming, the fans will be stewing for a couple of weeks. We historically don't play well after a bye week under Stoops and with the Tennessee game looming (who we struggle with), we can't afford to go into it with a losing streak.

I think so, yes. If we lose then I think we are a 7 win team at best.

And if we win, momentum would be such, including the immediate bye and home games v our two toughest remaining opponents (TN and Bama) that we “could” win out.

Still say it's the most important and look how it's playing out. I said before this game that we might lose out and I don't think any different right now. We aren't going to beat UT after a bye and on a 2 game losing streak. Probably no chance of beating them regardless. Some major changes will have to happen to save this season. We got 30 minutes to try and do that.

I think the most important one was last week. We had a chance to go into the bye week highly ranked and setting at six and one and feeling very confident. Instead, the entire opposite happens and the team appears to be in shambles in the SEC. You can’t give away the games you have a chance to win lose to Tennessee again everybody just says no surprise happens every year but if you wanna move up the ladder you can’t be losing to ole Miss and Vandy Missouri

Case could have been made for last weeks game as well. We are at a point where any toss up game is the most important of the season. Last week Missouri felt like a game we should win going into the game. maybe it was more of a toss up than most thought. We failed to get the job done, if we are going to take the next step we have to win those type of games. Same goes for UT this week and for every team left on our schedule this season. That is how I see it
