Agreed. However, some records are better left unbroken. OP should sit out a few months or years or forever.4 new posts in 2 days. Smooth may set a record here soon.
Short microwave memoryHaha, you all are crazy. Nobody got after like MKG
The earth is covered by 2/3 water. Hayes covered the other 1/3.Chuck Hayes
910 rebounds, 7th most in UK History
169 steals, 8th
128 blocked shots, 14th
Best wing defender was Liggins hands down. The best on ball defender was Hawkins and the best post defender I have seen was Terrence Jones. Davis was a great weakside shot blocker but one on one could be bullied by stronger players. I would also put Nerlens up there as well he just didn't have any help. Hayes could do everything at an elite level but score the dang ball. JMOI agree with the OP. IMHO, you can't measure a "defensive stopper" with statistics like rebounds and steals, etc. What a lock-down wing defender does for a team is hardly measurable, statistically -- maybe by looking at how many points his "opposite" got while MKG was guarding him, but that would be very hard to track accurately, and I'm not aware of such a statistic ever being routinely kept.
Ok.MKG is one of my all time favorites. Just missing a jump shot.
