Spoke with Matt Jessen-Howard of the Minnesota site here on Yahoo!/Rivals and he said that the Gophers were very deep at linebacker this year and Laster was probably No. 6 overall, but he was expecting him to get playing time this year and he also expected him to be a starter as a senior. There is a lot to like about him from the Minnesota people that have followed him. Can really get after it in the backfield. How well he develops in other respects will determine just how good he is.
