Really like Miles Bridges. I think he's going to blow up this Summer. He'll end up being as good as Tatum, and maybe a better pro, and we've got a great shot at him if we make him a top priority.

If we pull in Simmons, Monk, Bridges - very realistic possibility - as our backcourt guys to add to Matthews, Mulder, Hawkins, and perhaps Vick - that's going to be the best back 3 in college basketball.

Is there a reason you left out probably the best player of the bunch in that scenario with a junior Ulis? The would indeed be the best stable of perimeter players I've ever seen. Equivalent to the plethora of big men we had this year.

I left out Ulis because I think there is a very good chance he could be so good this year that he could be a first round draft pick.

I guarantee you that Cal is preparing for that possibility.

you are entitled to have an opinion....but if that opinion is based on absolutely nothing....that would be good to know dont you think?

If we're going to use the EYBL as a scouting tool, one name to start to consider is Gary Trent Jr. He was only a 4 star in the 2017 class going into this spring, but he's gone off like a bomb in the EYBL so far. He went for 43 yesterday against the Kentucky Travelers, hitting 8 threes, then he went for 33 in his first game today. Through 10 games he's played this spring, he's scoring 24.1 ppg on 51.3% shooting overall, 43% on 3's, and 82.7% on FT's.

Never seen the kid play, and know little about him other than his bloodlines, but those numbers get your attention immediately. His father is from the Columbus OH area, so everyone is calling him to Ohio State, but if he begins to rocket up in the ratings, that could change his recruitment.

Tatum may have the better over all skill but Bridges appears to be the much better athlete and from the stats ive seen neither are great shooters.
