I was at UK the same time he was. I used to see him on campus, he was HUGE.

He has a sister by the name of Jeannie. Very tall pretty good size gal who is married now and lives the next block over from me. My wife and I Use to play tennis with her and her boyfriend and 35 years ago. She was very athletic just like her brother Mike.

Was headed to All-SEC or better then blew out a knee. Great player, about Landon Young's size if I recall.

A quick google search shows this talking about all the surgeries he’s had due to his playing days

The injuries have taken not just a physical toll, but also a financial one, as he had to sell his construction company and now works only when he can.

Looks like he lives in Louisville now and works for Bornstein General Contracting.

Does anyone know if he umpired baseball at Lyndon? I could swear he did because I was a catcher and talked to him the entire game. I know it was a UK football player and could swear it was him. Would have been late 70s or early 80s.

No. He was a mid to late 80's hs grad

I agree, had a class in POT either right before or after one of his in the same lecture hall. He is maybe the largest person I've ever stood next to.
