Matt Jones Staying put!

He can do more in his current position for the state than having to play politics. This way he can say what he wants to say, take any position on any point, and simply be himself. It will be interesting to see how MJ matures, how he improves his speaking skills, and how much he tries to impact public opinion going forward.

Had a good game for me last week on my fantasy football team. Didnt do much this week though. Glad I kept him on the bench

You mean he's staying on the PGA Tour after all?

Damn Matt Jones is a common name.
Yep it's nice to have a common name when applying for jobs. Makes it essentially pointless for prospective employers to Google your name. My name is pretty common, when you Google it, my work bio is the third result, which is pretty cool since I apparently rank above a whole slew of doctors and lawyers and that must mean people are actually looking at my bio, but after there isn't a single result that pertains to me in the first 10 pages.

I know the Matt Jones at Dook is staying because he hasn't been to the jewelry store yet.

What's funny is you KNOW Matt will read this thread. Sup Matt! Glad you're staying!

It's the right choice.

Matt leaving radio to go into politics as a liberal Democrat in Kentucky would've been career suicide. It's akin to if there was a popular radio host who ran for office in California or Oregon as a staunch conservative. It just doesn't make sense.

Kentucky, along with the rest of the confederacy, will be red states for the foreseeable future.

At least he won't have to kneel before Nancy Pelosi and kiss her ring now.
It's the right choice.

Kentucky did not succeed from the union and supplied far more troops to the union army than confederate army.

You need a history lesson son.

I'm not sure why he ever even considered leaving. The dude has the best job ever. He is being paid to be a fan of the best program in the country.
