The best part of UK has been Stoops ability to manage the culture. @WildcatNC and I were talking in another thread about Bob and Mark's ability to identify great staff members. Not always hits, but he's getting us guys that continue to be great coaches. Not Rick Nuclear Minter. From knowing what facilities we need...identifying the right talent....making the right style changes and accepting modern analytics and training methods...Mark is the best CEO. But look below at the track record..
Not all of the guys below were hits....but most were....and most are still coaching at decent jobs and got jobs after UK. Now imagine what we can do with a bigger budget for assistants?

-Dale Peveto (LSU stole him immediately)

-John Schlarman (The best to ever do it)

-Craig Naviar (ended up at Texas & USC as safeties coach)
-Shannon Dawson (current OC at Houston)
-Eddie Gran (UGA tried to take him away from us)
-Steve Clinskscale (currently at Michigan as DBs coach)
-Lamar Thomas (not great, but he was the one that got Lamar to UofL)
-Matt House (an NFL coach with the Chiefs)
-Dean Hood (now the HC at Murray State
-Darin Hinshaw (analyst at UCF under Malzahn)
