Yep and then lose 3 of 4 if they beat us. IS there a worse coach in college basketball ? Give even a marginal coach 3 future pros ( maybe 4 ) and you are a top 20 team but not Jones .
LOL. It's close but I still say Jones does less with more. Besides I don't consider iu a high level school.
Don't get me wrong, that's a legendary picture of a hilarious and embarrassing coach, but Crean has at least had 2 good seasons in his coaching history.

This is the third time I have seen them play this year and there definately seems to be some chemistry issues between Simmons and the rest of the team. Either he is deferring too much or they are not wanting to run the offense though him. Baton Rouge isn't looking as tough right now, although I concede if they ever get it together it will be when the Cats show up.

What in the world does LSU do at practice? Johnny Jones has the be the worst coach I've witnessed in recent memory. Seems like they have gotten worse. Dude must just pass out coloring books and Kool Aid and take a nap when they're in the gym each day.

The reason they are losing these games is simple. Jones and his team have been practicing and game planning for one game and one game only - when we come to town. That win will keep jones safe. It will keep their fans happy, This is all that matters to Jones. they practice every day for us.

At 4-4 LSU will need a 12-6 run in the SEC. Even that might not be enough. They have B A D losses. Need to win against UK at least once or they have no shot unless they go 14-4 or better.

If Jones misses the NCAAT this year, or they're a first round exit, I think he is done. If he can't win with Simmons and Blakeney, the guy just needs to be coaching at a much lower level. Middle school perhaps. I'd fire him in the blink of an eye.
