and honey - we shot 48% from the perimeter

This one matters the most to me until the tourney. Maybe that's just me. I also loved beating Duke.

You keep hoping that. The reality is we beat a pretty good team missing a starter/our best defender, a player that contributes infinitely more to UK than Mathiang does for Louisville, going down minutes before the game, and our prize recruit being MIA. This team's got a lot of issues, no one's denying that, and who knows if they'll be able to fix a lot of them in time, but to say that the thought of this team winning more than one game in the NCAA tournament is a stretch is just laughable. Sure, we could lose in the first round, or we could make a run to the Final Four. This team is a bit of an enigma and it's a weak field this year, so neither result would truly shock me.

and I will add this - yes, they lost Mathiang, but had time to work out some stuff without him. Given our inside presence, our loss of Briscoe had much greater impact.
