Here’s hoping it’s a badly stubbed toe and not a heart issue.
Sucks for the kid, hope it's nothing too serious/threatening to him but still sad if its derails his career.

What ever happened to the tall kid that transferred from WKU? I thought he was transferring to Louisville.
Evans has a shoulder injury. Probably rotator cuff if I was to take a guess. I watched the first few Louisville games out of morbid curiosity. Evans should have been a redshirt looked painfully weak and slow and only played a few short minutes though he started. Would lose a foot race to Zack Edey.
How in the...... did they get a 5 star? I mean, what kind of 5 star would go there? A place like Purdue would have made much more sense for a guy like that.
Rotator cuff is usually an old folk issue. By the time we're 40 most of us have rotator tears. And for most people it's not an issue until there's a complete tear. For an athlete, it's an insanely long recovery.
I tore mine in high school. It's definitely a tough comeback

Attended the Bellarmine game. Kid is super lean. His legs looked like pencils. Don’t recall him doing anything at all during that game and after looking saw he played 5 minutes and didn’t register a stat of any kind, well he was 0-1 from the field. Hasnt played a minute since then. Best wishes to him regardless and hope whatever is going on with him is nothing serious.
Just had rotator cuff surgery done on my left 2 weeks ago.. Had the right done in 2020.. Day after surgery and after nerve block shot wore off,, i felt 100% better.. Unless moved it to where surgery pain hurt..
Probably a better question is why was he ranked that high? 🤔
Yeah he’s terrible, I can’t believe he was ranked so highly. He barely moves and has limited skills. He’s basically just tall.

UL is saying they'll honor his scholarship if he wants to finish his academics there but he'll can't practice or play with their basketball team.. And they don't see that ever changing for him..
I thought he was just out for the season. A career ending ailment is so sad. Glad they are honoring his scholarship.
