You don’t want to hear them play “Pink”?Is there a way to prevent them from playing anything they released after ‘get a grip’?
I'd like to see them because I never have, but I'm not paying hundreds for concert tickets. I just won't do it.

They were awesome, also in 1977!If someone finds a way to make me travel back in time to see Led Zeppelin in their prime I’d sell a kidney
I said farewell in 1977 after they bailed on the World Series of Rock after agreeing to perform. They did play in Cincy later that year and sucked. It cost less than $10 thankfully.

That's no excuse.I wish I was older just because of all the great shows I missed due to not being alive yet

Same. I never got to see so many others.I wish I was older just because of all the great shows I missed due to not being alive yet
Can't see them but you can hear them. This was in their prime and is much better than Song Remains the Same.If someone finds a way to make me travel back in time to see Led Zeppelin in their prime I’d sell a kidney
The BBC Sessions. Probably my favorite Zepp recordings. Just pure raw energy played in front of what sounds like a small group of golf clappers. Can't see them but you can hear them. This was in their prime and is much better than Song Remains the Same.
I had the unfortunate experience of seeing them sing Pink live in 2006, I was embarrassed for the band and more embarrassed for the fans singing along to that slop.
Lyrically, their music is trash but without "Sweet Emotion", we wouldn't have the intro to Dazed and Confused.
Are any of these old bands actually "playing" anymore? Apparently Motley Crue and KISS are using backing tracks because they can't do what they once could but they still wanna do all these tours for hundreds of dollars a ticket.
I was lucky enough to see Zeppelin in 1976 and also saw Aerosmith in 1979. I guess that makes me old. Can't see them but you can hear them. This was in their prime and is much better than Song Remains the Same.
I saw the stones in dayton ohio in 1965 at hare arena. they couldn’t even get the place a third full. just before the opening band started they announced that everyone could move up closer. i was about nine rows back with a $6( cheapest seat)** ticket. i still have the ticket stub.I wish I was older just because of all the great shows I missed due to not being alive yet
Yep. I wish I could have seen then in their prime on the Houses of the Holy tour or some such. Also wish I could have seen the Doors, Allman Bros with Duane, and Pink Floyd on the Animals tour.If someone finds a way to make me travel back in time to see Led Zeppelin in their prime I’d sell a kidney
Saw Journey last June, a new lead singer, but they were great!Lyrically, their music is trash but without "Sweet Emotion", we wouldn't have the intro to Dazed and Confused.

Hey in 1977 $10 is like $400 today!I said farewell in 1977 after they bailed on the World Series of Rock after agreeing to perform. They did play in Cincy later that year and sucked. It cost less than $10 thankfully.
Odd statement considering their biggest years started around that time.40 years late.
You were in the parking lot earlier. That's how I know you.Odd statement considering their biggest years started around that time.
As a side note the Crazy video with Liv Tyler and Alecia Silverstone was pretty hot back in the day.

Walk this Way pisses me off every time I hear it.
