I believe that the NCAA will bring the hammer down on Louisville around May and impose more penalties causing several transfers like Jaylen Johnson, Adel, Mitchell, and others. And a fairly good likelihood that Pitino will leave.

But, if there are no other penalties and everybody returns Louisville will have a strong team. Maybe top ten. I still don't believe they will beat us or go as further than us in the 2017 NCAA Tournament.

i think phenderson is forgetting that several or all of the 8 future nba'rs will declare for the draft, first rounders no doubt. r3stax is gonna need 3 or 4 more fifth year transfers.

Louisville will be very good next season(provided they don't get slapped with another ban and key players transfer out and assuming Pitino returns). They will probably have a top 10 team, MAYBE borderline top 5. I don't think that's a stretch. Mitchell, Adel, King and Onuaku have 1st Rd potential. They aren't going to be '96 Kentucky, that is crazy talk.
