I remember the 1970 game at WVU. As I recall UK was ahead by 11 at the half in a high scoring game and almost lost due to a second half comeback by WVU.

As a Kansas fan, i can say that this is the place in the current Big XII where we always expect to come out with a victory and rarely do.

Missouri was that once. Manhattan has been that for a few years also.

They play a style that dares the refs to call a foul every play but knows they won't. I'll be interested to watch this game to see if this is unique to KU games or a general home court advantage they have.

Best of luck. There's no more punchable face in CBB than Bob Huggins.

Johnny Cox vs Jerry West...kinda surprising that UK and WVU have played so few times. I think it is too bad that through expansion, the ACC or SEC did not bring WVU in.

Kind of like the whistle at allen foulhouse you guys get . Bill Self has the kind of head that scared his hair off it's so ugly .

The most interesting part of that article to me is that Huggins has a winning record against Cal. That is extremely rare. Cal will be fired up to get a victory against Huggins in Morgantown.
