Interesting storyline. Bryce Dixon, TE for USC was dismissed from the team last year due to some "conduct issues/ Legal issues". It wound up centering around a Sexual Assault ordeal. So, essentially what happened was the same as Lloyd Tubman. Nothing came of the legal charges, but USC dismissed him due to "conduct code" BS. Dixion got a lawyer and yesterday a judge ruled that USC had to allow him to enroll at USC and stated "Law trumps whatever USC has and because the dismissal was based on the same facts and conclusions of the legal allegations that Bryce was not found guilty of, there are absolutely no grounds for USC to not allow him to enroll again at USC."
I think if Lloyd would pursue it, if he really wanted to be at UK....the same thing would happen here. It will be interesting in general to see how this ruling will effect future incidents like this as well.
