LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) – A Jefferson County grand jury is hearing evidence in the University of Louisville basketball program sex scandal involving self-proclaimed madam Katina Powell.

The Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office began issuing subpoenas in October 2015 and prosecutors are presenting the case this morning, according to several sources. The grand jury is hearing evidence against three people, according to one source.

Is there any program in the nation so rogue and so lawless that it is under investigations by both its regulating body (NCAA) as well as a Grand Jury legal investigation? The sleaze factor associated with Tom Jurich's Louisville athletics program should shock any reasonable observer. Now lets see what happens when there is testimony under oath and with prison time attached.
