I love Levis and think he's been outstanding. Guy has a ton of potential with the physical attributes that he has and I think he's done a good job of studying the game. It says a lot that he has pretty easily transitioned from 3 different OCs in 3 years. So, there is a ton of potential. However, if we're just talking about how good of a college QB he is... well, I think I can understand him not being in that top 10. I think a lot of QBs are perfect or outstanding college QBs, even if they don't have the tools to be NFL starters. Someone like a Stetson Bennett, who is pretty short, is not going to be looked on as favorably as a pro-prospect, but he's still an outstanding (and underrated) college QB. There are others who just play in the perfect type of system for them (Hooker) and they put up some gaudy numbers because of it, so they can be ranked high because, in their system they are outstanding QBs for their team.
So, I don't think it is took ridiculous if he's ranking them as top college QBs, but I think it is likely more ridiculous if he's ranking them as pro-prospects.
