Leave Scangrello in Oxford

You won’t beat anyone missing two extra points, missing a FG, tackling your own dude on a kick return that stops 6, giving them a safety and multiple turnovers and shooting yourselves in the foot on the would be game winning score … typical UK football …. We left 19 points on the field and gave them three points they shouldn’t have had … that’s why we lost not any coach

Not impressed with Scang. Offense has been a mess this year against bad teams. OM is ok but nothing great.

We have possibly the best recruiting guy in the business. I am concerned about the oline coach though. Something is going on there . We are not improving one bit .
Yea I meant the oline coach and his recruiting. Guy isn’t schlarman

Dumb post. Levis killed us in the big moments. 2 fumbles and a penalty that nulified a TD because he didn't set the formation. Levis is not a big time, big game QB.
Now that’s ignorant. Levis isn’t the one who schemes around a struggling offensive line. When you run slow developing pass plays you have to be able to count on your line. How many drives today does because our OC can’t recognize our Oline can’t protect that long.

Speaking of ignorant, you spoke again. The OC did recognize OL Struggles so he had the TE Chip the DE and give the QB more time. Will Levis has terrible pocket presence. Watch the tape. Probably won't do you any good because you don't know, understand football.

I guess all the guys on game day don’t know football either because they just regurgitated what I said. But yeah, the guy saying a top 10 pick in the draft isn’t any good is the guy we should listen to.

I have supported Scang but after todays game I’m done with it. They need to get consistency but it has to be the right guy. Stoops is just not a good field coach that’s why no major program takes a shot with him. He can’t coach. He’s never fully matured as a field coach.

Scang was terrible today. Telegraphed runs north that never developed and he kept on. By the time he decided to utilize Levis outside the pocket, run some good screens, and move the ball east and west it was nearly too late. We had already wasted too many possessions.

He kept our defense gassed by those stupid quick no man’s land possessions. Going deep to brown 2 and 10, ridiculously stupid. 7 step drops with a shaky Oline and Levis who, if he has one big knock, it’s his pocket poise? And you keep him in a 7 step drop?

Lane Kiffin is just a better football mind than our guys. And that’s why it will always be an uphill battle to beat him. We are far more talented than Ole Miss and Kiffin knew it. But our coaches don’t help our team where they are lacking, and Kiffin does. That’s why he’s better than Stoops.

Exactly. Yet, he calls mostly slow developing pass plays knowing that our OL can’t protect. And, he’s the defacto QB coach. Why is Levis STILL holding the ball so long 5 weeks in when it’s been an issue all season?

I get Stoops has done a good job. But his limit has been reached I’m afraid. He is who he is. I know guys that play Madden instead of work who could call a better game than that.

And something else I’m tired of hearing and maybe some don’t agree. They said it again today. “He’s safe even if Kentucky wins 6 games consistently.”

Stop that shit. We will never be taken serious and we will never reach our limits if coaches think they can be average and get rich. Me personally? We win 7 this year, 6 next year, followed by 5 or 6, I’d fire him. Send the message that we’re serious.

I’m so ****ing pissed off I’d be hiring Urban Meyer as the team psychologist.

Yeah but you can't even begin to be taken seriously since you pounce after anything bad happens and spend 1/100th of the time posting when something good happens.

I have no clue what you’re talking about. Maybe read back a few weeks you must have me confused.

Watch most of Levis' sacks this game, there are dudes standing in the middle of the field wide open. Our OC isn't the issue. Levis has made some questionable decisions because of previous poor play by our O-Line.

The clinching play in this game was due to a replacement tackle missing a simple block with TE chip. Levis had less than 2.5 seconds to make a decision. That isn't on the OC, it's on the players not making plays. Wohlabaugh isn't the only issue here, but his failure cost us the game.

We beat ourselves. 5 easy points left on the field by the FG/PAT unit, two red zone fumbles, a critical motion penalty on a TD that would have won the game. The coaches didn't make those mistakes.

Kiffin said “Defense was motivated by UK OC’s comments about bringing the blitz “

What a load of shit. This guy has will Levis doing 7 step drops without much pocket poise and a limited offensive line. Then he’s running slow developing plays that play right into Ole Miss hands ALL GAME.

And, by the way, Levis had two TO's and a TD negated by him rushing the play. He waits 1 second longer, we win.

There's a ton of talk about Will Levis, top 3 pick, but not a lot of talk about him needing to become sound in the pocket, which is more important for UK as a football program than Will Levis, pro prospect.

I thought coach Scan called a pretty good game . Levis shit the bed more than once at crunch time.

Im not saying Levis isn’t responsible. But Scang was terrible. Good coaches scheme around their teams inefficiencies. Our coaches don’t do that.
