Nice that he can take a year off, spend some time with his family, etc. I think John will be making up his mind over that year as to how he wants to go forward in his career. Does he try another head coaching job, move to the NBA, get a top assistant position at a high profile program, etc. If it's an HC job he'll probably have to start at a smaller program, and work back to the point of getting another Arkansas type job.
