LaVar interview with Jeff Goodman is going about how you'd expect..

LaVar has already claimed to be a human psychic and that he sees things before they happen and knows that Lonzo is going to the Lakers (from my recollection, he's the worst psychic in the business).
He also just said that he told his kids that they should feel free to be disrespectful to their mother, even going as far as to say that they could call her a bitch everyday if they wanted to, so long as they didn't rely on her when they need her - common for Ball family logic.
LaVar claimed that Lonzo's mother's condition in no way contributed to his (absolutely gawd awful) performance in the tournament. And finally, LaVar boasted about taking a belt to Lonzo or the other two Ball's and "beating they ass" pretty openly.

All of this while Lonzo is sitting right next to him hahaha.

More context you are missing OP. He said, "I'm not going to say nothing. If you want to call your mom a bitch, that's fine. But don't get sick, when your stomach is hurting and you want me to care for you because you know I ain't."

Also said,"I spanked them once," Ball said, "to let them know there are repercussions at times. But my boys are respectful, and usually my voice is enough."
Dude is still real crazy, but this was not as bad as OP made it sound.

That's a heckuv a contrast from the OP's version. If true that is down-right bad of the OP. (I didn't watch the interview.)

I guess because we still keep talking about him on boards like this. He creates headlines and attention for the media and they love it. If we just started to ignore Ball and not watch the reports and quit putting them up on the internet here like the OP did we would see the media turn away from him. But, I doubt any of that happens.

Told his wife when she had a stroke he didn't care if her eye drooped and her mouth was messed up, she was still beautiful to him and he'd be with her no matter what.

I know it's the contrarian in me, but I don't hate Lavar. There's a method to his madness.

Well OK I guess he is a wonderful person regardless of the OP. He is still a POS psychic, who did he guarantee was going to win the NCAA championship

Now, I'm not a Lavar Ball fan by any means and in fact, I think he's quite the asshat but that's kinda taking his words out of context about their mother. He was trying to make a point about respecting their mother. He was basically trying to teach them a lesson so that they WOULD respect their mother. I'm not saying I agree with him at all but that's the point he was trying to make. He didn't say he ever told them they could call her a bitch, he just used that as an example. A very poor example but it was an example. Again, I'm not saying I agree with his method he was just making a point that they'll need their mother a lot through life so they better not disrespect her. That's all.

After the draft, she will suing for divorce alleging domestic violence, the kids will be suing the both of them for mishandling their money, and CBS will be interviewing them all for a special on 'How Parents Screw Up Their Kids' as the Korea KimChee Nationals try out Ball for a back up spot. This story cannot possibly end well...

My old man wouldn't abide it, either.
There was no "you can do this but don't expect that if you do". The consequences were a little more severe. I called my mom a bitch one time when I was 15 or 16 and was starting to feel like an alpha male.
I learned two lessons that day. My mom ain't no bitch and my dad is the alpha in his house.

LonZo will still get his millions .

But that being said, how could you possibly have taken that interview THAT much out of context OP??

The only pertinent question that needs answering between Goodman and Ball is which one is the most useless a~hole in the room....
