Hope they prove me wrong but I see a 10-6 or 11-5 SEC campaign coming which would not give us a 2 seed. More like 4-5.
And on the OP's point, this bracket shows what I have long predicted...UK WILL NOT be allowed to play in the Louisville region unless they are a 1 seed. Geography will be used against UK here, as the committee won't think its fair to make UNC, or KU or whoever as a 1 seed play UK as a 2 seed in Louisville in the Elite 8.
UK fans are supposed to be so smart, so intelligent when it comes to basketball knowledge yet some of our genius fans still can't count to 18 in regards to SEC conference play. My God, two different SEC teams have went 18-0 in the regular season the last two years...but still some people think we play 16 games. Sorry everyone, just a pet peeve of mine.

Lunardi is horrible at actually getting the regions right, so this doesn't really do much on proof of your second point.
He has KU in Des Moines instead of St. Louis? Not sure about that.

Freaking UCONN could come out of that region as a low seed. It's happened before....Of course the bracket won't look anything like that but WOW at the West region. and the East with NOBODY any it. Wonder what Joe's been smoking
Right. They'd make a 2 seed UK play a 3 seed Arizona essentially in their backyard where they'd have 75% of the fans. It's happened before with UK as a #1.....Marquette AND Wisconsin in Minneapolis in 2003.My prediction has nothing to do with Lunardi...it has to do with the NCAA committee and its bias towards John Calipari and the University of Kentucky which does exist. You just watch, UK could be the obvious "top 2 seed" come Selection Sunday in our minds and most ESPN analysts and the committee will say we are teh "2nd two seed" so they can justify NOT sending UK to Louisville.
First and Foremost, knowing that there is a 18 game vs a 16 game schedule has absolutely nothing to do with intelligence rather awareness. Secondly, I am very well aware that we play 18 conference games but as I typed this up on my phone out of habit reverted to a 16 game schedule as we have only had the 18 game schedule for the 4th year now. I almost came back to edit it but honestly did not care to as I knew someone would come in with a Jackass response instead of just a correction and I was curious to see who that would be. CONGRATULATIONS!!! Your the Jackass!!!!!!!!
Lighten up Francis. I'm glad you had time to look up on your phone that the SEC is in fact on an 18 game schedule and were able to come up with an appropriate excuse for the earlier mistake. I applaud you and apologize for earlier.
