Kentucky signee Charles Matthews, a guard from Chicago, created a bit of a buzz with a weekend treat proclaiming that UK would win the 2016 national championship.

However, when asked about that tweet on Sunday Morning Sports on WLAP, Mychal Mulder didn't see anything wrong with it. Mulder recently signed with UK after playing two years at Vincennes University.

"That is perfect," Mulder said. "That is no pressure. As long as we push and work toward that goal I don't see why we cannot achieve it. Pressure is not an issue for us."

Love the confidence of course but it's pretty typical for the UK newbies to do this. Been hearing "#9"on social media since 2012. Hopefully these guys can do it.

A prediction is free and there is no contract attached to it, No bets.
So for a player to boldly predict a National championship is OK. It is more his wish with some confidence.
