Lamar!

I'm so glad that Baltimore lost. Cincinnati won a big road game in New Orleans yet WLKY lets one former Turd player dictate the game they put on CBS in Louisville over the Bengals, Colts or Titans routinely in the viewing area. Never showed the Ravens before.

U6 fans live vicariously through LJ. You'd be hard pressed to find a thread on their board that doesn't mention the name.

I seldom defend Louisville media but I know the station has ZERO say in what's being shown. The Network decided what getting aired in each market

I looked up an FAQ from a local station in another market, the only thing remotely close to what you are referring to and fell short of anything that said a local station has ZERO say in the choice of games. In fact, I had this complaint in 2009 when I was watching another game when I lived in Clarksville, TN. The message on WTVF out of Nashville stated it was due to contractual obligations to the regional team. Not just regular season games. Even missed Smackdown one Friday night this year as they were obligated to show the Bengals preseason games. So they think we in this area love Bengals preseason games but Lamar's regular season games.

At the end of the day, one former player on a team outside of the regional market gets preference over local teams. We never had this issue before Lamar took over the QB spot in Baltimore. The proximity to Indianapolis, Cincinnati & Nashville all having teams in the AFC that are predominantly aired on CBS, this should never be happening. https://www.bengals.com/broadcast/television

As special as he can be at times....

1. His style of QB fades as he ages and athleticism wanes. He gets away ;with stuff at times but sometimes not. YOu know he's been coached to quit carrying the football with one hand like that....yet in year 5 he is still doing so.. Throwing while backpedaling, etc...
2. No matter what....he's looked awful in 3 playoff games....almost literally lost those games with bad QB play. Mostly when his teams was heavy favorite. Until he does something in playoffs.....it won't matter.

Hey Bill ...when's the last time you went to a UK fb game?
Sorry Danny just now seeing this life keeps us busy. Try to go to at least 1 or 2. Last year went to Vanderbilt game in Nashville that was it . No plans for this year yet.

I like LJ, tough as nails and electric when he breaks contain. The Ravens don't put enough around LJ to win a Super Bowl IMO. He has to carry too much of the Offensive load to win it all.

I often have extras if you'd like to go sometime. Do you have anybody in the families #?
