Has done an amazing job of turning that program around in 2 years. They played as hard and tough as anyone I have seen. They guarded and went after every lose ball and rebound. They never took a possession off.

He was top asst at Wisconsin in 2015, took the head job at Chattanooga and then South Carolina

The refs were not good, especially the first 10 mins and the Mitchel debacle. But the refs didn't do this

Calipari certainly has given out too many resume building wins to these young coaches over the years.
Every coach takes Cal to the woodshed when it comes to coaching. Cal can get them to come but he never could get them to play.
Self really did just run out of time. AD, TJ, MKG, Doron, and co... saw to that. Cal had nothing to do with that win other than recruit them. Cal put in the stall ball then at the end of that game but that team was just too good to lose.
Whoever is the new up-and-comer in the SEC each year is always gonna whoop Cow just like Missouri last year.

The game better show Cal that he should narrow the bench down. Even Sheppard was a ghost which was the saddest part to me. Time to play our best 8 unless there is foul trouble. Ugo gets lost a lot, causes easy 3’s on switches, guards got 1 on 1 happy. Move the damn ball and shoot 3’s. I don’t wanna see another POS gameplan like this the rest of the year.
