KU Trailing Oregon St at the Half.

Kansas will probably run out of time.

On a serious note, can you imagine Cal keeping his players 3 and 4 years like self? My god Kansas should be unbeatable. self is so overrated as a top 5 coach.

Yeah, this is not a UNC/Texas possibility IMO. KU will catch up quick and pull away. I hope I'm wrong.

Michigan State is pushed at home. UNC loses. KU getting spanked at halftime. All top 5 teams. According to some of the genius posters here, I thought UK was the only team that struggles at times.

Rack. All day rack.

Kentucky has an excuse with an average age of like 19.2 years old. What's theirs?

Face it.. No matter how some of the Debbie downers want to get on Kentucky.. None of these teams are THAT good.

KU could be down 30 at halftime and I'd still expect them to win. They always come back in the second half, especially at home.

It was 39-25 right before halftime. 43-16 since. I dread going there.

They're not at home. Sprint Center is in KC, so ya, de facto home crowd. Funny thing is that they have a history of paying poorly there. That's what Katz brought up with a number of games they played there in the past.

Who exactly are you talking about? Wayne Selden coming off an injured up and down year? Perry Ellis who is a 6'8 power forward without a position in the NBA? 5'11 Frank Mason? They had two freshmen last year that were supposed to go to the NBA and did. Give me a break.

Not watching, but is Diallo not playing much? Seems like MIckelson is playing ahead of him.

He's played up and down but was getting beat and looking lost in this game. It hasn't clicked yet for him. He went up with it in a 3 on 1 situation and found the bench soon after. KU only subbed one guy for most of the second half, Bragg came in for Mickelson and played really well. Bragg is going to be great. Diallo has a ton of potential but playing like it's his first couple games of his freshman year which it is. He's raw but extremely talented.

I wonder if the ncaa will look into Perry Ellis' eligibility. I would think that accepting social security would be impermissible benefits wouldn't it?
I legit feel like I was in 5th grade when I watched him play high school basketball...What's even crazy is he's really only played 3 years.. sat a ton his first year. The dude from Villanova and Ryan sprangler from OU win my trophy for person who seems like they've been at a school since I was born (I'm a repeat junior so that's like 10 years).

It's well known that KU does not foul. I remember in the Vandy game, they didn't get their second foul until there was about 3 mins left in the first half. I think the fouls were 8-1 at the time.

Didn't Kentucky play a home game where the foul disparity was something like 36 or 46 fouls in favor of Kentucky lately?

Less talented teams tend to foul more talented teams just to keep up. I am sure that it happens to UK just like KnowsAll was asking.

ku has 35 feet of crap in their big guys. IF 3pt shot isnt falling they will be toast.

Problem is they have been hitting from 3, and the way our supposed best big man has played so far this year pot meets kettle seems appropriate, minus the ability to hit the 3 of course.

It's going to be a good game for sure. One weakness we have is our guards have trouble with more athletic guards in stopping penetration, but I don't think we will play in the face of Kentucky's guards and will do what UCLA did and make your guards try to beat us by taking jump shots. A lot of people are giving Skal a lot of grief, but I expect him to be a factor by our game January 30th.
