Thanks for your input Ed. I want EVERY UK sports team to win every game, every time but guess what, I don’t like listening to Doris Burke or Beth Mowins. I find women’s basketball even at the highest level INCREDIBLY boring and unwatchable (I do enjoy softball) No one is begrudging their right to play just as no one can begrudge my not watching/joining in. That being said, it doesn’t “bother” me as you said because my remote control allows me to tune out, easy, “bother” free. Go Cats (both genders).

I prefer watching softball over baseball. Much quicker pace and the small field makes it easier to watch. The SEC network by showing games from different sports just reinforces what a great all around athletic department UK has. Watch the womens sec championship game. It was a classic.

The SEC network would likely show only UK men’s basketball and football if they weren’t contractually required to cover all sports.
